Clear authority, accountable leadership, documented policies, conflict-of-interest controls, and evidence that governing bodies act in the interest of learners and institutional integrity.

Strategic Planning

A realistic mission-aligned plan with measurable objectives, resource planning, risk controls, periodic review, and participation from appropriate stakeholders.

Standard 03

Academic Quality

Curricula, teaching methods, academic calendars, program approvals, and learning outcomes are designed, reviewed, and improved through documented quality systems.

Standard 04

Faculty Qualifications

Faculty, trainers, and academic leaders hold appropriate qualifications, experience, workload capacity, development support, and evaluation records.

Standard 05

Student Support

Admissions, advising, welfare, complaints, accessibility, progression, and career support are transparent, documented, and proportionate to learner needs.

Standard 06

Learning Resources

Libraries, digital platforms, laboratories, facilities, learning technologies, and instructional resources are adequate, accessible, and regularly reviewed.

Standard 07

Assessment Systems

Assessment is fair, valid, reliable, secure, moderated where appropriate, and linked to defined learning outcomes and academic integrity policies.

Research and Innovation

Where applicable, institutions support ethical research, scholarly activity, innovation, knowledge exchange, and evidence-informed teaching practice.

Standard 09

Ethics and Integrity

The institution maintains honest representation, accurate records, privacy protections, anti-fraud controls, grievance procedures, and responsible public claims.

Standard 10

Continuous Improvement

Evidence from audits, learner feedback, outcomes, complaints, reviews, and external evaluation is used to improve institutional performance.
